Shipping is Currently Available in the targeted Dallas area only

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

The Dough Dough ships sweet treats right to your door using FedEx and UPS throughout the United States.
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday.
Perishable items cannot be shipped over a weekend and cannot be delivered on Sunday, Monday or major US Holidays.

We do not offer nationwide shipping yet, but will begin offering it soon. Until then, our doughs are available in store, and in the targeted Dallas area zip codes.

OUR SHIPPING GUARANTEE

Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the targeted Dallas area zip codes.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
FedEx and UPS may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a refrigerator or freezer promptly after delivery.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
We are not responsible for weather delays or other natural causes beyond our control.
We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 1 business day before your desired usage date to allow for any delays.

GUARANTEED FRESHNESS

All shipments are sent via overnight delivery in an insulated cooler with ice packs to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during their ride to your destination.
NOTE: The ice pack may no longer be frozen upon arrival. Don’t panic! The ice pack helps the cookie dough stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives.

NO RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Under certain circumstances, we may issue a credit or re-order for damaged or inaccurately shipped orders. 
Please contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receipt of package if there are any problems.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Orders may not be cancelled within three business days of the ship or pick-up date.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY?

No, at this time, we only ship within the US.

CAN I GET OTHER DOUGH DOUGH TREATS SHIPPED?

At this time, our shipping capabilities only allow us to ship our cookie dough containers.

I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY DOUGH TO ARRIVE!

We accept orders 7 days a week, and make all orders from scratch. We only ship Monday through Thursday and your order will ship the day before your shipping date selected.Due to the perishable nature of our dough, we only ship overnight.

IT COSTS HOW MUCH TO SHIP?!

We require overnight shipping to ensure the product arrives as fresh as if you had it scooped in our store. We simply extend the shipping rate we receive from the carrier and do not profit from the fee.
