We use only the finest and freshest ingredients available. Organic butter and milk, pasteurized eggs and heat treated flour, Ghiradelli chocolate chips, and name brand candies. Some of our flavors contain nuts or may have been manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts and tree products.
Our Gluten Free doughs are made with gluten free flour, or almond flour.
The Vegan doughs will feature cashew milk, almond flour and dairy free butter alternative.
Our eggs are fully pasteurized, killing any bacteria, such as Salmonella, that may cause food borne illness. Our dough is as safe to eat as drinking pasteurized orange juice or milk. We do however, advise you to consume at your own risk.
We use a fully heat treated flour product. Our flour is heated in the oven for a period of time, killing any potential bacteria found. Thereby eliminating the possibility of food borne illness. `
Currently we only offer a few of our favorites Gluten Free. Our Original Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin and Snickerdoodle. Are are working on expanding other flavors.
We are exploring ways to make a couple flavors vegan. Stay tuned.
As of now, our products are not Kosher- however, we are working to get our products certified under the National Kosher Supervision.
