Shipping & Order Processing


The Dough Dough ships sweet treats right to your door using  UPS throughout the United States.
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only.
Perishable items cannot be shipped over a weekend and cannot be delivered on Sunday, Monday or major US Holidays.

Our Shipping Guarantee


We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
UPS may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a refrigerator or freezer promptly after delivery.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
We are not responsible for weather delays or other natural causes beyond our control.
We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before your desired usage date to allow for any delays.

Guaranteed Freshness

All shipments are sent via overnight delivery in an insulated cooler with ice packs to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during their ride to your destination.  NOTE: The ice pack may no longer be frozen upon arrival. Don’t panic! The ice pack helps the cookie dough stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives.

No Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Under certain circumstances, we may issue a credit or re-order for damaged or inaccurately shipped orders. 
Please contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receipt of package if there are any problems.

Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may not be cancelled within three business days of the ship or pick-up date.

Can I Get Other Dough Dough Treats Shipped?

At this time, our shipping capabilities only allow us to ship our cookie dough containers.  If there is something you are wanting custom, please call us at 214-254-4445 or email

I Can't Wait For My Dough To Arrive!

We accept orders 7 days a week, and make all orders from scratch. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing before your order ships.  We only ship Monday through Thursday. You should receive notification of shipment.  Due to the perishable nature of our dough, we only ship overnight.

It Cost How Much To Ship?!

We require overnight shipping to ensure the product arrives as fresh as if you had it scooped in our store. We simply extend the shipping rate we receive from the carrier and do not profit from the fee.

Do You Offer Nationwide and International Shipping?

We currently only ship nationwide using overnight priority. We do not ship internationally.

Can I Order For Local Pickup or Delivery?

Delivery is available for catering orders that satisfy the minimum order of $50. For local delivery, you may order through GrubHub, UberEats or Favor. 

What Do I Do If My Delivery Date Is Not Available At Checkout?

Because we are a small batch operation, we can only produce a limited amount of dough each day to ensure the high quality of our products is not compromised.  We are sorry if your date is unavailable, please choose an alternate date during check out.

How Do You Ship Your Cookie Dough?

All orders are shipped overnight on ice in an insulated container to ensure the quality is not compromised in transit. Please make sure to place your dough in the refrigerator upon receipt.
